Prize Selection

Three winners will be randomly selected. Each winner receives one module. Prizes will be assigned randomly from available inventory.

Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility
     This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. The giveaway is open globally, except where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of API Audio and MixBus Marketing, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

     

  • How to Enter
     To enter, participants must complete the official giveaway form, provide a valid email address, and follow the social media accounts specified on the giveaway page. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.

     

  • Consent to Marketing Communications
     By entering this giveaway, participants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from API Audio. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in such communications.

     

  • Prizes
     Three winners will be selected at random. Each winner will receive one (1) API module: either an API 550A or one of two API 560 equalizers. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. API reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

     

  • Winner Selection and Notification
     Winners will be selected at random after the giveaway closes on October 31, 2025, and notified via the email address provided at entry. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

     

  • Shipping
     Prizes will be shipped at no cost to the winners. Winners are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

     

  • Publicity
     By accepting a prize, winners grant API Audio and MixBus Marketing the right to use their name, likeness, and country of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

     

  • Privacy
     Email addresses and personal data collected for this giveaway will be used solely for administration of the contest and marketing communications from API Audio, in accordance with API’s Privacy Policy.

     

  • General Conditions
    API Audio and MixBus Marketing reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if technical or other factors compromise its integrity. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of API Audio, which are final and binding.
