"One thing I love about using the API gear is the warmth and depth it adds to whatever I record through them. When layered over and over with multiple tracks, it gets better and better. I enjoy having multiple amps being recorded at once and the 3124mb+ gives me the ability to mix and match signals from each microphone just like I would on a board, but in one rack space and with all the API sonic quality! I was a firm believer in the 512's but when the 3124mb+ was released, I couldn't wait to get one to have access to four 312 pres with the control of a master bus!"
