  • Eligibility
     This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. The giveaway is open globally, except where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of API Audio and MixBus Marketing, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • How to Enter
     To enter, participants must complete the official giveaway form, provide a valid email address, and follow the social media accounts specified on the giveaway page. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.
  • Consent to Marketing Communications
     By entering this giveaway, participants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from API Audio. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in such communications.

Prizes
One winner will be selected at random and will receive one (1) API 565 Filter Bank. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. API reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • Winner Selection and Notification
    The winner will be selected at random after the giveaway closes on April 30, 2026, and notified via the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Shipping
    The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner. The winner is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.
  • Publicity
     By accepting a prize, the winner grants API Audio and MixBus Marketing the right to use their name, likeness, and country of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Privacy
     Email addresses and personal data collected for this giveaway will be used solely for administration of the contest and marketing communications from API Audio, in accordance with API’s Privacy Policy.
