Blog

API announces the sale of a 32-channel AXS Console with Final Touch Automation® to the University of Memphis Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music. Located in the heart of music-rich Memphis Tennessee, the Scheidt School of Music offers bachelor's through doctoral degrees in 29 areas of concentration. The AXS console will serve as the focal point in the University's soon to be completed recording and mixing facility. It is scheduled for delivery and commissioning early this summer, and the sale was facilitated by Mark Seman at API.

"The University of Memphis is the second educational institution this quarter to select a large format AXS console," noted API's President Larry Droppa. "It's encouraging that prestigious schools like the University of Memphis are investing in their students by providing them with the world-class sound, quality and craftsmanship of an API console."
